Understand the risks.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Gold CFDs are leveraged, complex and high-risk products. Losses can occur rapidly, especially when leverage is used. You may lose the money committed to trading; the level of regulatory protection and any possibility of losses beyond deposited funds depend on the account type, broker entity and jurisdiction. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
Education and signal limitations
Content on the public website and social accounts is intended to explain XAUUSD charts and market concepts. GCC also has a rules-based gold signal system. Signals are not personalised to your financial position or risk tolerance, and no setup or alert guarantees a result. System errors, delays, price-feed differences, spreads, slippage, market gaps and execution conditions can cause a live result to differ materially from an illustrated example or an earlier signal.
Any historical trading record, performance dashboard or example must be assessed with its actual methodology, costs, sample period, drawdowns and limitations. Past performance is not a reliable indication of future performance. A disclaimer saying material is educational does not, by itself, determine whether it constitutes regulated advice or a financial promotion.
Free channel versus separate VIP
The planned free Telegram broadcast channel does not require you to open or fund a broker account. It is distinct from the separate VIP signal offering. The current VIP arrangement requires an eligible, funded Vantage STP account linked through GCC's introducing-broker relationship. VIP access is conditional on applicable broker acceptance, account terms and geographic/legal restrictions. The availability of an account is not the same as eligibility to be introduced under GCC's particular IB agreement.
Broker compensation, costs and conflicts
Under the current introducing-broker arrangement GCC can receive volume-based rebates connected to qualifying clients' trading activity, even if those clients lose money. That creates an important conflict of interest: greater trading volume can increase GCC's revenue irrespective of clients' results. There is no separate GCC subscription charge for the current signal access, but trading through a broker is not cost-free.
The current GCC IB arrangement provided to us specifies a 2.3-pip markup for gold (XAUUSD) on the relevant Vantage STP setup. Actual spreads, commissions, overnight financing, conversion costs, slippage and other fees depend on the broker entity, account and market conditions. These costs reduce returns and may increase losses. Before trading, compare the current broker pricing documents with alternative accounts; an introducing-broker link is not necessarily the lowest-cost option.
Geographic and regulatory restrictions
CFD services, signal distribution and broker introductions may be restricted in specific locations. In particular, GCC's currently described IB agreement has an exclusion for UK-domiciled clients, even where a broker might separately offer an account to some UK customers. GCC should not onboard or encourage ineligible residents to circumvent restrictions. Stated or inferred countries from a waitlist are not confirmation of residency or broker eligibility.
Local rules governing CFDs, promotions, investment signals and broker introductions vary. This website does not claim that GCC is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland or the UK Financial Conduct Authority, or that a particular broker account or service is available in any country. A risk warning is not a substitute for any required authorisation or permission.
No personal investment recommendation
The website does not assess anyone's individual objectives, experience, financial circumstances or ability to sustain losses. Consider obtaining appropriately authorised independent advice if you are unsure about using leveraged products. Do not make trading decisions solely because a social-media post, Telegram message or automated signal suggests a trade.
